Ricky Heldt is a Yoga Instructor for people new to yoga, advanced or needing adaptive yoga classes. He focuses on Yoga for Healing the body, mind and spirit. He is a Thai body work therapist, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Gentle Tai Chi Instructor. He leads workshops, classes, private appointments and online classes. He has been teaching and practicing healing arts for more than 20 years.
This fun yoga class is filled with accessible yoga postures for everyone. This class begins with a 5 minute meditation, then continues with warm ups for the joints and muscles. This class is filled with postures that flow into one another. Each week we will do a few long held postures with a focus on physical alignment to realign the body. We will conclude the class with a relaxation technique in a restorative posture. Join us as we move further into healing.
