Yoga For Healing: Mondays 6:45 -8:00 pm
This fun yoga class is filled with accessible yoga postures for everyone. This class begins with a 5 minute meditation, then continues with warm ups for the joints and muscles. This class is filled with postures that flow into one another. Each week we will do a few long held postures with a focus on physical alignment to realign the body. We will conclude the class with a relaxation technique in a restorative posture. Join us as we move further into healing.

Yin and Somatic Yoga with Michelle Warren:
Thursday mornings 9:30 -10:45 am
This class is a combination of Yin Yoga postures and Somatic Yoga. A unique, floor – based class giving priority to the internal experience and perception of movement.
Longer, passive and supported yin postures aim to relax our muscles and our minds as we work towards accessing the connective tissues – which in turn nourish the subtle energy systems within the body. The practice of softening and surrendering during this practice allow for a deeper observation of the awareness of the present moment.
Somatic Yoga works to stimulate the brain and nervous system to release chronic muscle tension so that the brain can take back voluntary control of otherwise involuntarily contracted muscles. In between the yin poses we will play with the somatic movements to assist us with releasing pain in the body by releasing muscle tension and improving sensory – motor awareness.
* This class is open to all levels and props are provided

Monthly Breath Work Circle:
One Sunday a month 9 – 11:30 am
The group session led by Jayne Ader and Lenny Delvecchio includes: a theme, exercises, structured sharing, general intro to Breathwork, about 45 minutes of group Breathwork & a closing. If you are new to Breathwork, a conversation with one of the facilitators is recommended, before joining the Breathwork session.

The Bay View Drum and Journey Circle is an open monthly community offering for all people to participate in journeying, drumming, and sacred ceremony with the intention of connecting to spirit for practical wisdom, learning, healing, and guidance.
No experience is necessary , and we invite people to come with an open mind and willingness to experience something new and different to guide their healing journey. The circle celebrates all forms of shamanism and invites people of all religious and spiritual backgrounds to participate.

Instrumental Sound Healing: Re-set your Frequency
1st Saturday of the month 7:00 -8:00 pm
Come join us for an hour long sounding meditation meditation using a variety of instruments. We will take a journey with soothing, healing sounds and vibrations for relaxation and renewal of spirit. Led by Ron Uttke, a Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic Healer.

Bay View Women’s Circle

If you’d like, bring a journal for reflective writing and an item for our community altar.
The Bay View Women’s Circle is a welcoming and sacred space where women come to be together.
This is a co-created event, not a workshop, simply a warm and safe circle to gather and share. There will be some facilitation by circle members, but the idea is to honor each of the women in the circle and the magic that is created in the spaces between us. If you’re desiring a sacred space to connect with other wise women, this circle is for you.
The circle is open to all woman-identified humans, maiden, mother or crone, no matter your physical capabilities.
Babes in arms and girls age 11+ (with adult caregiver) also welcome.
If you are able, we kindly ask for a $5-10 donation to contribute to the use of the space.

Holistic Moms Network is a national non-profit, membership-based organization providing information and support for people interested in green living and parenting from the heart. Monthly meetings and shared follow ups are only part of what we offer. Playgroups, make n takes, craft nights, meal trains, late-night chats online with local and national members, Facebook live events, lending library, clothing and toy swaps, and additional spontaneous events between members are what bring our community to life. WE’VE CHANGED MEETING LOCATIONS! This meeting will be held at A Space for Change, located at the intersection of Chase Avenue and Oklahoma Avenue. Head south on Chase, turn right onto Oklahoma, and enter the first driveway on your right into the industrial park. Follow the drive around the circle, and watch for the HMN signs to Building 28. Enter the brick building. A Space for Change is on the first floor, turn left and head down the hall.
